Questions and RSVP to
angelia.ham@mchsi.com or 417-890-9058

All families, children and adults affected by craniofacial differences are invited to attend!

Our goal is to provide an informational opportunity for all ages, with a chance to meet other families and adults affected by craniofacial differences.  There will be time to get to know each other as well as learn from professionals/guest speakers.

It is helpful to know how many to expect so guest speakers can provide enough information and we can plan accordingly.  If you are able, please RSVP by Feb 20 with the number of people to attend, including the ages of children under 18.  If you are not able to RSVP – please come anyway
